Finfor, the Seasif Holding Construction company, has a rich history in the field of construction and real estate activity, being proud to have sustained over 40 long years of professional expertise and efficient management of various reputable projects in Europe and UAE, more particularly, residential units, office units, commercial and industrial units, including shopping malls.
It is proud to trace its strong roots which date back from 1958 in Italy, with a drive and determination to be a catalyst for growth in the field of construction and real estate. The high demand for more quality developmental projects which Finfor has been known for, brought forth the creation of Finfor's subsidiaries in various countries in the world. Along with our strong rise on the different markets, a growing force of dynamic employees joined the team with their unparalleled professionalism, along with intuitive market foresight, and industry intelligence. Investor's confidence in the projects of Finfor was highly manifested through several project proposals and business ventures proposals. As a result of this, more corporate plans and programs were organized and established.
From 1995, Eng. Franco Favilla, managed Finfor and its subsidiaries' technical operations and general administration in various countries, specifically, in Europe and the United States. Following the delivery of its sucessful projects, Finfor made its first market presence in Dubai in 1999. This paved the way for the company to adopt new and modern trends in the field of construction and property development as well as infuse innovative ideas on architectural and structural designs. Manpower complement keeps increasing and at present, having up to 6,000 highly skilled and well-trained employees in various activities. Motivated by the positive response from clients, more projects were accomplished and Finfor is geared towards its plan to maintain its major activity in the Gulf region, more particularly, in Dubai.
Today, Finfor is highly visible in Dubai, with its maiden project, the "Donna Towers" in Dubai Silicon Oasis, composed of two (2) towers, having residential commercial units.
