New Raw Material
The extruded porcelain tile is a whole new raw material that combines the benefits of a unique extrusion technology, such as thickness, strength, elasticity of the structure, typical to those of porcelain as aesthetics, and the benefits of the porcelain itself, with high durability, resistance and the guaranteed to be water and ice proof.
The water joins two parts of clay, one spray-dried and one not, and turns, with the raw extrusion process, into a slab of extraordinary aesthetic and plastic abilities. Results shapes and sizes unknown to traditional systems: clay, pushed by high pressure, gets an incredible cohesion that gives it a particular strength, even in large formats.

The extrusion plants, new and technologically advanced, enabling significant energy savings. 50% of the raw materials used are clay used in its pure state, not atomized, resulting in halving of pollution produced by manufacturing processes and significant energy savings. The extruded porcelain nuovocorso in part from recycled and recyclable. The same techniques of physical and slabs produced, thanks to the production process that preserves the natural primary clay, they offer better performance in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation and reduced energy consumption management, in compliance with the regulations. The extruded porcelain plates are also fully integrated with solar technology, creating integrated photovoltaic and solar thermal.
