Seasif Group Sh P. K. was founded in Tirana, Albania with the purpose of developing infrastructure projects.
CEMENT FACTORY
In 2008, Seasif Group ventured into the cement business and acquired a mountain in Albania, and all the licences needed in particulary, to suppy a wide range of cement products. In july 2010 Seasif started the works for the construction of the cement factory at Bushat-Shkoder, that will have a total annual capacity of 1.6 million tonnes, for all types and specifications essentail to the demands of modern and present-day technology in the field of construction.
Initially, it caters to its clients in Albania and the Eastern European countries. Eventually, with the anticipated rising market demands, Seasif has organized and prepared its continuing plans and programs to further provide supply to more countries in the near future.
The investment budget approved from Seasif Group is EUR 250 Million, which includes development, logistics, and marketing. Our products are all around us, providing strength and durability to buildings of soaring dimensions, in infrastructure that speeds the lines of commerce, for the elegance of the most luxurious structures, stylish welcoming residences, and houses that provides comfort and security to families.
DAM ON DRIN RIVER
Further on, Seasif Group has also considered the environmental projects, giving it's contribution to the production of clean energy.
On 10th of September, the work have begun for the construction of the dam " Drin River " which will be completed within three years.
The construction will cost several million euros and will enable the country to have more autonomy and also energy independence with the new energy provided, the State may promote a campaign aimed at the agricultural and industrial development of the country.
